Seeking volunteers for pre-launch testing

UPDATE: Thank you for your overwhelming and enthusiastic response to our request for volunteers. We are a bit oversubscribed, but will accept all qualified volunteers until 6:30 PM EDT Thursday 3/27. We will contact all volunteers via email by end of day Monday to confirm whether they are qualified and validate their shipping address.

We are currently looking for volunteers in the United States who have purchased a white, right-hand Mycestro to participate in our pre-launch testing program. If selected, you will be sent your Mycestro as soon as possible and will be asked to fill out a detailed survey.

If you are interested in participating, please use our contact form and include the word “volunteer” someplace in the message. And thank you for your help!

Will be glad to volunteer. Going to order one white or black right-handed mycestro. Not USA, Russia, but it will be required to ship to friend in USA.

    Can international customer be considered?

At this point, we’re only looking for United States customer volunteers. However, please keep an eye on this blog: we’ll be asking for international testers at a future time.

I had the same question, but it says “in the United States” on the original post.

I would like to volunteer, but I ordered a black Mycestro. Is it possible to have a white one sent for the purpose to give feedback from an office stand point (I ordered it to use at work) and return it once my black Mycestro had arrived?

Sent an email using the contact form as well.

      Thanks.

Sorry, Anthony, right now we’re only testing with customers who ordered a white right-hand Mycestro, so we can avoid shipping units back-and-forth.

We still have some openings. Please use our contact form (link above) and mention that you want to volunteer. This helps Kim keep the volunteer signup process orderly. Thanks!

    Can we still volunteer?

    • Kim 03/24/2014 at 4:32 pm #

Absolutely! We still have a few slots open at this time.

For those who have already volunteered and completed the survey, thank you very much! The quality of the feedback has been very high: we’ve received some very thoughtful insights.
