Stephanie Takai – CEO
Stephanie has served in leadership positions in both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. She recently ran her own marketing consulting firm serving small- and medium-sized companies. Previously, she was the VP of Information Technology and CIO for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company; Director of Customer Affairs, managing all of Goodyear’s North American call centers; VP of Ecommerce, Product Development, and Portland & Boulder Operations for a 100+ person start-up in Oregon; consultant at McKinsey & Company; and an IBM engineer building military training simulators. Stephanie has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS Electrical Engineering summa cum laude from the University of Michigan.
Nick Mastandrea – CTO and Founder
Nick is a serial inventor, having authored or co-authored 16 patents along with numerous provisional patents. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has successfully sold two previous companies. With over 20 years of experience in product design and engineering for the consumer and medical industries, Nick is the brains behind the Mycestro and leader of our Research & Development team. While mostly self-taught, he did receive a BS Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an AD in Electronics Engineering from the Electronics Technology Institute.
